Delivery, Shipping, and Scheduling

Delivery Service

Sowle Ceramics uses an in-house driver for all pickups and deliveries. We will determine your delivery method according to your location. Each morning, we will call your office to ask if a pickup is required for the day. Our delivery route runs between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

If your office requires UPS delivery, we can easily set up an account, so your cases will be picked up and delivered via UPS. Shipping is a complimentary service offered by Sowle Ceramics.

If you are out of our normal delivery areas we will gladly arrange a convenient way to deliver to you. We can create a custom delivery option just for you.

Schedule Information

Sowle Ceramics' goal is to deliver customer satisfaction. We understand that you would like to have your cases returned to your office as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to accommodate this request; however, we will not sacrifice quality in doing so. We believe in doing things right the first time. Giving ample time to create quality restorations is beneficial for both you and your clients. Saving time on adjustments and remakes is cost effective for all parties. Sowle Ceramics is a small, high-quality dental laboratory, which enables us to cater to your special needs. However, we do have a scheduling guideline and format that we like to follow.

Standard Product Scheduling Terms

  • We require 2-3 weeks for restorations based on complexity.
  • Large cases may need additional time. (For six units or more, please allow three full weeks, minimum.)
  • If using UPS or Airborne Express, add two extra days for pickup and delivery.
  • All days for fabricating and shipping should be considered "working days."
