Sowle Ceramics was founded in 1998 by Gary Sowle, a Certified Dental Technician with nearly four decades of experience in the industry. After graduating at the top of his class from Huntington College of Dental Technology in 1985, Gary set out to build a laboratory where artistry and innovation could thrive side by side.
Over the years, he has blended traditional ceramic techniques with cutting-edge digital workflows to deliver consistent, esthetic results that dental professionals trust. His attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to communication have shaped Sowle Ceramics into a highly respected lab serving clients nationwide.

Our E.max milling process

Our Mission
Today, the studio is equipped with the latest CAD/CAM systems, advanced milling technology, and color corrected lighting for shade taking and a clean state of the art facility—ensuring every restoration meets the highest standard of accuracy and beauty. While the tools have evolved, the mission remains the same: deliver restorations that look and feel natural, with service that’s as dependable as the work.
Gary still reviews each case and continues to stay hands-on in the lab. Outside of work, he enjoys Southern California’s surf and car culture—but when it comes to crowns, he’s all business.
Let’s talk through your next case.

Consistency
Our clients return case after case for one reason: dependability. At Sowle Ceramics, quality isn’t a lucky result—it’s the standard. Every restoration reflects the same level of care, no matter the size or complexity.
Artistry
We don’t just replicate teeth—we recreate nature. Each restoration is sculpted with esthetic intention, using layered ceramics, refined shading, and anatomical detail to achieve lifelike, functional results that patients don’t just wear—they trust.
